The Charge Repay Service offers maximum flexibility for reimbursing electricity costs – tailored to your company’s internal processes:

  • Option 1: Reimbursement via existing systems The billing can be seamlessly integrated into existing HR or accounting systems – for example, through the monthly payroll. The Charge Repay Service provides all relevant data in standardized formats (e.g., CSV or PDF), so it can be processed directly.

  • Option 2: Reimbursement via the Reimbursement Module Alternatively, the Charge Repay Service handles the entire payout process to company car drivers – automated, transparent, and without additional effort for fleet management. The reimbursement is processed through a certified payment service provider. The company receives only a monthly collective invoice for all reimbursement amounts – including detailed individual records.
